SISSO 360 SAS, as data controller, only collects the data you choose to provide: your last name, first name, email address and message when you use the contact form, and your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter.

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiries and, if you have given your consent, to send you the SISSO newsletter. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. Only SISSO’s teams have access to it, along with its technical subcontractors: OVH, for website hosting, and Brevo, for sending emails and the newsletter, whose servers are located in the European Union.

This processing is based on your consent for the newsletter, and on SISSO’s legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries it receives for the contact form.

Messages received through the contact form are kept for no more than three years after our last exchange. Newsletter subscribers’ email addresses are kept until they unsubscribe, which they can do at any time using the link included in every email.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The website does not use any advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. It only sets one technical cookie, “site-locale”, which remembers your chosen language for one year. As it is necessary for the website to function, this cookie does not require consent.
