The world's first floating urban art center, Fluctuart, opened its doors in the spring of 2019. Located at the base of the Pont des Invalides, with a view of the Grand Palais, the venue spans 1,000 m2 spread over three levels. The architecture and design have been specially crafted to enhance the formats and materials specific to urban art. To accompany the opening of this unique venue, Fluctuart entrusted SISSO with the conception and implementation of its entire communication plan, including the creation of its website, partnership sourcing, and social media launch.
